Why do a lot of people feel it is OK to discriminate against others but it is never ok to do it to them?

For example, blacks and latinos discriminating against members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community

Muslims discriminate against Chirstians and Jews.

Whites discriminate against non-whites

or rich discriminate against the poor.

and the list goes on and on

If you ever noticed a lot of these people feel that their discrimination against other groups is justifiable but when the tables is turn on them they can't deal with it all.

Oh...it would be different if the tables were turned. I guess it's ok for them to do that because it makes them feel good about themself and makes them on a higher level by putting some else down.
