I would contact an accountant in your hometown, or even make a call to your town's Chamber of Commerce. Explain what you are doing, & ask for a name of an accounting professional who might help you w this project as a courtesy.
The staff at the Chamber will have had experience w many of the local accountants, & will know who would be most willing to assist you & offer any tips.
