whats wrong with my gas stove/electric oven?

my gas kenmore elite stove with electric oven is doing something strange for a couple of days my gas stove part has been doing fine as for my oven its not working and the digital settings display is reading F1 what could be going wrong? can anyone help?

I would pull the plug for about 5 minutes (or shut off that breaker if its easier to get to) and see what happens when you turn the power back on. This is like a computer reboot.

"F1" sounds like an error code for a digital control. So if it comes back, I would hazard you will need a new control module or circuit board.

If everything is OK it could just be some random thing, or perhaps its startng to go.
