Perhaps you could influence the Welsh Assembly Government seeing as they now have the power to make legislation in Wales.

you cannot legally grow in your loft but if you do grow 5 or less plants so if you are busted all that will happen is equipment confiscated and a tap on the wrist. over 5 plants you are growing to supply no for personnel.

Thats a big no no man,because you will get busted by the police,who will then treat you like a terrorist for smoking a bit of weed....move to amsterdam,its a lot easier to smoke there,and the dutch dont mind a wee bit of weed

nah i doubt if you can do it legally even on medical reasons. a few years ago didnt they have it on prescription in a spray form? ask your doctor im sure they did xx i wouldnt just go for it they have heat sensors in those helicopters xx
