plz help img gunna fail if i dont do this

Sunaina ...first dont be negative ..be positive thats the only mantra of success in maths ....
second please check your question again ...as i think by mistake you submit in complete question ...

i will give you one example ..related to pythogorean thm
if a^2 = 4 and c^ 2 = 25 and you have to find b^2

Pythagorean theorem say ..
in a right angle triangle ..square of side opposite to right angle ( hypotenuse ) is equal to sum of square of other sides ..

c^2 = a^2 + b^2 ..
25 = 4 + b^2
b^2 = 25 - 4 = 16
b = sqrt (16) = 4

the question doesn't make sense. the therorem states a^2+b^2=c^2. what you have told us is 4+b^2=c^2. there is still too much left empty. if you know what c^2 was i could help you, sorry.

you're gonna fail. You have not provided enough information.

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

only knowing a^2 tells me less than nothing.

we'd need to know what b^2 or c^2 is before we answer. unless its an special triangle

a^2+b^=c^2

you need at least two sides to figure out the 3rd
