khatna means to cut in urdu, if u want a circumcision in pakistan just say that word circumcision it might work some words we use in english and some in urdu so that might help and if not their may be a word but some people dont use it anymore,

Khatna, In malay it's khatan. Almost similar isn't it. I think in Arabic it's also khatan
