did me as i like my coffee fix.

I didn't see that one, but I know caffeine is bad for you, I only drink one cup of coffee a day now and water the rest of the time, it was so hard at first but glad I did it.

Didn't see it.

But you know, I cut bread out of my diet for a week while on a cruise and I felt so much better I've never gone back to eating it!

its why i drink caffine free diet coke oh boy that caffine causes to many problems
