when I was your age I mowed grass for money, i am a girl and live in kentucky where there are some huge yards so if i can do it you can too. plus you can get a good tan and exersize. you could also clean house for people you know( I dont recommend strangers) walk dogs, run errands for rich old ppl(sorry for any offenses) collect pop cans and recycle them. I took in a few bags the other day and got 30 bucks. not alot of money but better the cans there then on the ground. Do you have newspaper delivery people on bikes localy? Try that out. You could also wash cars for people basically just ask around some people will pay you to do basic things for them like take thier clothes to the laundry mat. You cant be afraid to work, the harder the duty, the more you will get paid. When you get out and work that hard while you are younger and know that it is like to be broke it will push you harder in school to excel and live the good life(and appreciate every little thing you get)

babysitting
gardening/household chores for neighbors
shoveling snow (if it snows where you live)
cutting grass
pet sitting, walking, cleaning up after pets in the yard
I would look around at bulletin boards in your local supermarket, library, etc. for what people need. Also, ask your neighbors, especially any homes where the husband and wife both work, or any elderly people, since they always have little jobs needing to be done like sweeping the porch or washing the car. don't be afraid to start small! good luck. you will have to be aggressive and creative for this to be a big success--if you are shy, get over it!
