St Thomas is a pretty small island compared to say Puerto Rico or Jamaica. There are no cities or towns ...there are only neignborhoods. St Thomas is only 31 square miles, 13 miles long and 4 miles wide. The total population is only about 51,000...I say that all to give you some perspective on its size.

I am not sure if your real question is what is the capital. The capital of the Virgin Islands is in St Thomas. It is Charlotte Amalie.
