Not if it's dead!
You can revive an ailing fish by putting it in a bowl of water to which you've added an aspirin, it sometimes works, but I've never tried it myself!
I usually keep a few bottles of white spot, fungus and parasite medications handy!

no unfortunately not, else we would hav used it the other day, we lost three fish. two weather loaches, and a corydora :C.

Dunno but my mother took our floating upside down goldfish out of his bowl, poured hot water on him, then cold, then hot, then cold til he started flopping about, then put him back in his bowl where he lived another 4 years. (probably afraid to die....) I tell no lie...
