Pampers is a brand name, but you can find similar diapers for MUCH cheaper. Luvs, Huggies, White Cloud or Parents Choice (Wal-Mart brand).

Thats like when people say Coke instead of pop(or soda).
Its just using a general brand name for a particular thing because thats what theyre most exposed to.
