I am in an education club at my college. I've asked this question before and got several great answers so I am asking for more imput. I would appriciate any ideas for Fundraising and Activities that we could do as a club.

Have a FREE car wash. You solicit area merchants to sponser the car wash. They agree to donate 25 cents or $1 for every car you wash (or maybe a flat donation of $20 to $50). In exchange, you make a huge sign that says, "Your car wash was paid for by... (then list all the merchants who participated)." You also put out a bucket for donations. You'll find that you'll make more off of donations than if you actually charged for the car wash in the first place... plus you get tons of merchants to sponser. Then when the patrons thank the merchants for sponsering during the next few weeks, you get tons of positive publicity that will help with your future fundraising efforts.
Trust me... this works great! I've done it before.
