Pressure drops almost directly as the height in this range, drop is about 1/2 psi per 1000ft. It is slightly non liner but for this purpose we can just take it linear with the fact that it is almost zero in the space and that is around 120 miles or so up.

So any thing between .75 and .5 psi sound good, lot will depend on jet steams at that level and other condition at a time.

Air plain cabin is kept at 10 to 12 psi, Pilot' cab is kept at 12 psi or above or oxygen is provided, at this pressure or at this height, Mr Sighanis must have put on a space suit(pressure suite of some kind), if he was using an open Gondola
