Walk on the treadmill. Or there is a 30 minute workout by Kathy Smith called March to Fitness. It is a great tape.

post partum? wuts that!?!? lol ...idk wut that is,but if u want results then u gotta work for it! its go take time! run a mile! once a week,n decrease tha time everi week by like 5 seconds(it shuldnt take more than 10 minutes startin out)....or get on a treadmill
