If it is a firend just kinda casually whisper it to them like you would when you are telling a secret.
If it is an enemy just casually whisper it in the ear of everyone else in the room but the person and their friends

If I liked them, or if I didn't know them, I would tell them right away. If I didn't like them, I would wait awhile til more people saw it & then I might tell them.
