San Francisco spends 45000 a year on average on homeless persone. This monye go to private non profits, that are supposed to help them. 45000. How we still se bunch of the,m on the streets???

We could provide individual apartments for half that much. I am so sick of people taking advantage of our tax dollars and I am sick of people attacking people that want to help others.
