February 20th is Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) and most of the celebrating is on 6th Street. If you are referring to Canival, it happend on February 3 at Palmer Events Center.

Fat Tuesday! February 20th all over 6th street. Oh yeah and like Big D said....the Palmer Event Center also had a bigggg carnival.
