to men that are confident and somewhat cocky/arrogant? (In general)

I don't think all those women answering above this who are saying "No" to cocky/arrogant are liars -- I just think they're in denial of their real selves, answering with their logical minds. In truth, women are clearly generally attracted to cocky and arrogant, which are considered masculine, high testosterone traits. It is obvious, because those guys always have at least one girlfriend, whereas nice, polite guys often have none.

Depends on the class of woman you're trying to attract. If you're looking for an intelligent woman that can speak with you about a wide range of subjects, then then anwer is no. Although we do like confident men, we need a more emotional connection than cocky/arrogant gives us. Confident, warm, friendly, affectionate and funny...try that, provided you're looking for some beauty with brains. Otherwise, I hear cocky works really well on the ditzy type.

Women with no self respect are attracted to anything. Other than that, you can expect each womans tastes to differ. However, it has been my impression that only two types of women go for arrogant men, bitchy women who want to fight with someone and pick them apart, and women with no self respect who mistake the arrogance for strength (an attribute they look for in others because they have none of their own) and are total leeches to the guy that they're with.

IF HE'S JOKINGLY ABOUT HIS *********, THEN YES.
