i have an ipod nano..for some reason my touch pad will not work at all!!! what can i do to fix it???
please help

Could be your iPod is frozen.
So let's reset it.
Toggle the hold swith to the left and then to the right.
Put iPod on it's back and hold down the center select button and menu button for 6-8 seconds.
You will see an Apple appear in the screen and all is good.

Well depending on where you bought it, they should let you return it/exchange it. If you have a service plan (radio shack) then they will replace it no quesitons asked.

do you have it on lock or hold setting?
i dont have an ipod, but i have an mp3 and thats usually whats wrong with mine...
