PLEASE!!How do I change my regular pictures into Myspace icons without downloading or paying cash?

By icons, I mean small, tiny, square.
And if you can add tiny blinking words and things like that.

you can upload your pics off of your pc or use an image hosted somewhere. you can make them any size and make them into .gif images with blinking words, the whole thing.

You can create icons by using an editing program to reduce the photo in size to something like 50X80 Pixels. You can use any good GIF animation program to make the words on it blink etc.

Save this as a SEPARATE picture (GIF format) and use it to link to the larger photo.

Another way to do this is to use CODE.
Example:
< img height=100 src="http://www.myphoto.com/myfile.jpg">

Will take the original photo and DISPLAY it in such a way as to make it appear like an icon, only 100 Pixels Tall. (Width is NOT set to allow the photo to set it's own width.)
