Yes, definitely!
A couple years ago, part of Bangladesh was devastated by a series of tornadoes that spawned in a heavily populated area. This happened because of warm humid air from the Indian Ocean met up with cold dry air from the Himalayas.
Perhaps the most destructive tornadoes outside of the US form in Canada. Here is are a couple destructive ones that have occured in Canada.
June 30, 1912 - (F4) Regina, Saskatchewan (28 killed)
July 31,1987 - (F5) Edmonton, Alberta (27 killed)
July 14, 2000 - (F4) Pine Lake, Alberta (11 killed)
There are many more but to list them would make a super long post. All parts of Canada get tornadoes, though some more than others. Even in mild Vancouver, at least 4 tornadoes were recorded since 1929.

Tornadoes have been recorded in every country. We tend to hear more about those in the USA because so many people have video cameras and film them. There are plenty of tornadoes in China but we just don't hear too much about them.

Sounds like a stress dream. Tornado dreams usually happen when something is wild and out of control in your life.

Yeah, but they're rare. Most of the tornadoes that happen are in the U.S.
