Some Americans are afraid that the immigrants are going to take over their country even the ones who are legal. What's the big deal if people die. Is not that the United States is going to be completely overpopulated. People die and don't last forever lol and new people come to take their place.
You people are so dramatic.

No, I am legal (puertorican) and I always wished to study in the United States, but people have told me that is going to be difficult to me because americans don't want us there.
Is not like I am going to trash your country. I just want to get a degree on something and if I like it over there I'll stay. That's it. I am not going to be a problem in the U.S I don't bother anyone.

I like americans. I am very immersed in american culture. I understand them quite well.
I just want a scholarship. That's what I am complaining about.

Quality over quantity.
By the way, if you are Puerto Rican you are an American citizen. Judging by what you say I don't see that you would have much trouble here. Try Florida. There are many Hispanics here. Many of my neighbours are Puerto Rican. I'm Scottish. But I have no problem with that. There does seems to be a big difference in the attitudes of most of the Puerto Ricans that come down here from New York. They tend to be....well...less friendly. I'll just leave it at that.
One more thing, there is a big difference between illegal aliens and immigrants

I have no problem with people imigrating to this country if they do it legally. But to come into this country illegally is AGAINST THE LAW. I pay taxes and dont want that money to be wasted with anything associated with that while the people that came into this country break the law by not abiding by the rules and regulations set by this country. All the while living in this country using resources that could have gone to someone that is Legally able to by paying taxes and being a resident of this country.

Lets face it every person in the United States is an immigrant except for the aboriginal people who were here first. I don't understand the logic behind the suspicion and the hate either. Everyone came to this country with the same desire which was to escape a country or persecution and live life free and happily. Immigrants (like my mum and dad) just want a better life for their children. One that is free from, violence, poverty, war and oppression.

Josh, the huge deal is that we've regulations. the huge deal is they are getting used. we've rule of regulation. we've borders. All countries have that, or they do no longer look to be a rustic. they are getting used via all and sundry that makes use of their hard paintings, the two the enterprise & the top product consumer. they are getting used via politicians as pawns. Mexico has possibilities. Mexico is a G 20 united states of america. Mexico isn't a 0.33 international united states of america. The Libbys use them to alter usa. no longer for the greater valuable. hardly! Mexicans are no longer use to Freedom, they have no Rights & no theory of Liberty. one thank you to alter usa is to flood it with those that have no love of Liberty, Freedom or Rights. Mexico is a socialist united states of america & consequently corrupt. As for Columbus, he in no way migrated. The Founding Fathers have been all born right here, with few exceptions. attempt a greater valuable argument.

I dont have a problem with the legal ones but the illegal onnes (mexicans) I have a problem with first of all we don't want our country turned into china. Our population should be balanced. It's a privelige to be in american citizen it requires people to work very very very hard and follow the rules. How do we know that mexico is free of diseases and that the mexicans are disease free.Everyone should get their citizenship the rigt way no matter what the outcome is. Most Mexicans try to get way with it and sneak into our country. What cracks me up is how they protest. how are you going to protest how bad america is if your trying to live here. If America is so racists then why would you want to live here. If America treats you unfairly then you dont have to live here. You think america just going to be nice and caring about people sneaking into our country illegally. mexicans are increasing our population everyday we keep this up we will be the next china.

Because some immigrants refuse to assimilate and try to make this country a mirror image of their own. Euro and Asian immigrants work to become American while others work to make America into a Latin place.

Mexican groups like La Raza, Voc Atzlan are actively planning the takeover of southwestern America. Their hate literature abounds. Our prisons are 30% full of those who just come and go, you like that?

And you are so stupid.
The issue isn't about coming and going.
The issue isn't about being racist.
The issue isn't about LEGAL immigrants.
At the heart of the matter is theft.
illegal immigrants come here and steal resources like schooling and health care without paying taxes into the system.
They don't put in, but they take out.

Yes, I agree with you. I don't think it's so much the immigrants but the ease of making them the scapegoat of whatever problems some in our society seem to have.
