on iTunes...?

on iTunes how can you refresh the iPod without taking it out and then plugging it in again? is there a special button?

I do this all the time because I make changes to the playlists after the ipod has already updated. After I make my changes, I right-click on the name of the ipod as if to eject, but instead of eject I choose sync.

go to file, then update "whatever you named it"
