I am white but went to a school that was about 3/4 black. Although my situation was a little different I can relate. I was even harassed by my own race about hanging out with people from other races. The one good thing that came out of it was that I definitely learned to appreciate and tolerate other cultures and races. Try to make at least 1 or 2 good friends. Surely there is someone you can appreciate. People tend to pick on loners a lot. Maybe if you had at least a small group you would get less flack and have a little support. If anyone is threatening you or committing crimes against you, you should definitely report it. I wish you the best, let me know how things go.

Those guys are complete maroons. Just take it as a fact, because unfortunately you're probably gonna fail in trying to change them. I do have the same situation in my class: I'm white and completely against racism, but many of my classmates are for and none of them can actually explain why. Just try not to show them how bad do you feel, get some friends from your culture. And come on! You're in school, so do your best in studying! You don't want those idiots to ruin your school life, do you? Good luck! I know you're gonna succeed!

This a strange one, I never know of any one been against indians when it comes to race these people always get along fine with every body i dont know what could be the problem now if you think that you are been shown because of your race then say something to some body who are in authority.

Personally I think you need to have a little bit of an i don't care what you think attitude with the other kids. If they are picking on you then find something to pick back. Tell them to fu** off and then walk away like you don't care what they think.
You are who you are and can't change that. Be proud of where you come from.

Forget it , you go to school to learn and if you must have friends be yourself people can feel when you are being fake . You will eventually have friends by being yourself and stop trying to fit in . By the way I'm black ,well west-Indian and i have friends off all backgrounds don't worry about it

all i can recemmend is trying to get to know thier music a little more so as maybe to have something to say, but if people want to bully you they will no matter what you do. I know from experiance. what worked for me was finding a couple of people who did accept me a little and eventually i found a group of people that fully accpted me. it takes time and it does hurt during that time. but try to start talking to one of the pople that don't bother you, don't bother trying to win over the one's torturing you. most likly they are not worth having as friedns anyway

I would have to say talk to your counsular. It's hard to fit in, but you gotta try, becuase there is alwasy a group in a school that will accept you. Some people take it hard to accept others, it dosen't mean that they are racist though, it just takes adjusting to. Be open and educate them, thats about all I can say.

You won't, so don't try. Just tough it out for a few years and try to survive without getting too many scars. You only need a friend or two to protect your back.

Not everyone is racist. Try to find people that aren't and make friends with them. I don't know what else to tell you. I can tell you if I went to that school, I'd be your friend.

the only thing i would recommend is to ignore them...unless they are starting violence.
you shouldn't want to fit in with someone who hates others because of their skin color, just be you and don't change. someone will come to you eventually.
