No not all women have implantational bleeding. I had half a day of spotting, but both my sister's had none. A friend actually had her full period (slightly longer than normal but never heavy). Nipples do tend to get bigger and aeroles larger, gradually and around weeks 6-12.
Have you tried charting bbt and checking your cervical mucus (eggwhite discharge before ovulation, lasts 1-4 days)? I only ovulate every 2-3 months, not every month, so I had to check these things every day. Took us 1 year, 9 months to conceive.
Wishing you the best of luck!

first of all, GEEZ i presumed to myself "what in the heck would a 13 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous study implantation bleeding!!" LOL Secondly, it would basically be your era. I used to get that brown recognizing some days in the previous the fairly bypass. perhaps you're basically early this time. have you ever been lower than pressure at the moment? that ought to reason different indications. i'd say basically wait till next week and in case you fairly have not all started then you quite ought to take a attempt.

All women are different. Some women get all of the symptoms and some get none. It all depends on the woman.
