When did your babies start sitting up by themselves?

And when did they start holding their bottles?

my daughter is 6 month old and does both.
Was just interested when other babies did it. my sister-in-law has a 9 month old boy and he just started sitting up now

my daughter started with sippy cups now, but only works when she's not just woken up.

I remember my son was 4 months when he could hold himself up and hold a bottle.

My son sat up unassisted at 6 months...never had a bottle...wnt straight from nursing to a sippy cup. At 7-1/2 months

My twins are holding their bottles (and sippy cups too) now, but still don't sit on their own yet. They're 5 and a half months now.

My four month baby is breastfed, but that doesnt mean that he has never had a bottle!!! come on!
I give him breastmilk in a bottle at least once a day. He's always had one or both hands in the bottle, but latley his been more 'agressive' with it and holds it more. I still have to tilt it up for him.
He sits now with me supporting him, not byhimself

Jett started sitting up when he was nearly 6 months. He was holding his bottle around 4 months. He is 7 months now and pulling himself up and crawling. Cheeky thing.

My son starting sitting on his own at 5 months and started holding his own bottle at the same time. He may have been able to hold his bottle earlier, but that was the first time we let him hold his own bottle.
