Jupiter is the largest planet and so has the most intense radiation belt of any planet. It is so intense that it heats its moon Europa enough so there is likely a deep ocean underneath the ice and possibly life like in the depths of our oceans. It also heats its closer moon Io to the point where it is the most volcanic object in our solar system.

actually its the tidal interactions between Jupiter and its moons that keeps Europa's oceans flowing and Io's lava flowing. the radiation bands. still Jupiter does ahve the most intense radiation belts. saturn would be in second place. Earth's radiation bands aren't so bad since astronauts can go through them, and pluto... odds are its radiation bands are negligible.
