what punisment in this country would be appropreate for him?? personally i would like to go in his cell everyday and kick 5hit out of him, but some do gooder wouldn't like that...

Theres not a punishment worthy in this country for that fu(ker. Personally a wud hang the b@stard untill he was nearly dead let him go and recover. Then i would break every bone in his legs an let them heal naturally, then i wud put him into the general population with all the other prisoners and let them deal with him. You cant describe what you would do to these people, they are pathetic sick fu(kers.

I am wondering if you re referring to the same story I read last week. That was reported as the father took his 2 year old daughter out into some words in the snow well behind his house and left her their. She was left out in the cold for 24 to 48 hours. Maybe more information has come to light and it turned out to be the uncle and his niece.
Crimes against children are absolutely the worst. So cowardly. I would like them to drop him off above the Arctic circle with nothing but one blanket.

All crimes are awful, some more so than others. This is one such crime.
I believe that there's a special place in hell reserved for those who abuse or harm children; in the meantime, I believe we should create that place here in the "real" world.
In this case, the death penalty would be WAY too good a punishment for him. I've always found a certain irony in the fact that in prisons, which are filled with all manner of criminal lowlifes, rapists and child molesters have to be "segregated". So it really gives credence to that old saying of there being "honour amongst thieves".
I'd put this scum in the prison "general pop" and make it a part of their punishment to have done to them what THEY inflicted on their victims..all bar the killing part. It would be a "random" event, similar to drug testing, in that they'd never know WHEN it was going to happen, but they KNEW it was going to happen. The aim wouldn't be to kill the scum, but to inflict upon them the kind of horror and fear that they inflicted upon their helpless victims.

If he is guilty of the crime when he goes to prison his life will be made a living hell. Other prisoners don't take to kindly to rapists, paedophiles and childkillers.
Whilst it might seem a light sentence, for the whole of his time in prison he will never be able to 'relax' and just bide his time. I'd be surprised if the prison officers didn't find a convenient distraction when any retribution took place.
I say let him go to prison, and keep him there. Life should mean life in prison.

Vote at the next election for the party that is committed to telling Europe to keep its nose out of our affairs and bring back the death penalty for murder. To keep the do-gooders happy the types of murder could be rated first-, second-, third-degree, etc

there isn't a punishment in this country good enough for him even if he gets life he'll be out in less than 25 years and whats prison for half the criminals any way but a free Holiday.
i think murders and sex offenders should be put to death hanging sounds good the injection is to easy for them it's pain free and after all the pain they caused they should get just as much

Got that right country. It's called cruel and unusuall punishment. That pis-ses me off too. Thank the republicans and good people we still have the death penalty, we just need an asccelerator pedal attached to it.

Even other prisoners don't take kindly to someone harming a child. I think he'd get his in the end, on a daily basis...if you know what I mean.
I think if he's guilty, there's really no fitting punishment unless you could do to him, what he did to that child...over and over and over. You have to be a twisted SOB to murder a 2 year old.

The penalty could be life in prison or the death penalty , remember now is murder you are talking about and it dont really matter if is a newborn or an adult been murdered.

If he is guilty life should mean life,No cushy with TV,And PlayStation.No fancy food etc,Or he should be offered a self administered fatal injection and that is more of a choice than his victim had.
