Generally the conservative, but it is not always true. Some conservatives say they are conservative, but live off the system just like Liberals, and don't put forth much effort. Conversely, there are some very hard working Liberals who have a great work ethic. I will say from my past work relationships that the Liberals I work with often seem to have an entitlement mentality which limits their productivity. What I mean by this is that they will stand around or goof off because they do not believe that they are being paid enough, or for some other excuse.

Again, it might have more to do with the way they were raised. I just feel true conservatives tend to push hard work as being the road to success more than do Liberals.

I can only speak from experience. A conservative will work harder and longer than a liberal. Liberals tend to want you to give them everything and not earn it.

I'm not saying this to make anyone mad or anything but that's just the way is has worked in my business and in my business, I don't want someone trying to tell me how to run my business like so many liberals do.

Depends on what you think is hard work. Standing on a street corner holding a sign saying "impeach Bush, no blood for oil, save the whales, fur is murder etc.....MAY SEEM like hard work, but I NEVER see them out on a crappy day.

Now, where I work, 99% are conservative.
The ones who do the LEAST amount of work and the MOST whining and complaining is the 1% of liberal co-workers. They do the least they can get away with. It's humorous actually.

Conservatives work harder and smarter. Libs are to busy wading through all the bureaucracy they created.

A liberal. Liberals are open to new ideas and seek them out. They are usually more educated. They read more.
They think about the information they are given, they don't just ingest it and regurgitate it like conservatives do.

A conservative passively listens to the corporate propaganda coming out of their radio and TV and repeats the same talking points without any background or reference.

a conservative will be quick to point out welfare, without realizing that

A. many people on welfare don't vote, therefor they aren't repub/dem
B. many people on welfare that do vote, vote republican due to religious issues
C. many people on welfare actually do work, they just need help.
D. many people on welfare would work if they could

so the welfare issue is actually probably statistically a draw in the case of who works harder, lib/con.

other than that there are plenty of lazy and plenty of hard working people in all walks of life.. again it's probably equal in each group.
