the UK obviously... we could just sit and laugh at the US blows up it's own troops, as it has a proven record of doing in the past...

It is well known that us Brits have the brain power where the Americans have the military might. Now b4 IU go further, I have friends in USA and I respect the guys in America. But I watched a TV documentary last year and a high ranking American officer openly admitted that the americans had the the tools and more than enough and same goes for personell, America could win a war on the grounds ofmilitary might meanning the amount of equipment and personell. Where a handfull of Brittish soldiers could stop a war from starting, our guys go in with soft hats, rifles on shoulders, sweets, toys and footballs etc for kids and some adults, and ciggys for the adults, our guys play with the kids and talk to adults as much as poss in their own language, reassurring them that we are there to help them and not to hurt them or pinch their country. He said that the American soldiers are armed to the teeth and dressed up like robocop with dark specs, guns in ready mode and them shouting get the hell out of my way etc. I dont want to say no more as I dont want to offend my american friends, but this was said by an American high ranking officer. He took the p out of us saying that we picked up all the discarded american equipment that the yanks just dropped them if they broke as it was no prob as there was loads more where they came from.

Well both countries have a good track record for war so its hard to say. Spinning a coin is the best solution

The blacks-they would come in, multiply, and drain the financial system via overuse of welfare programs. No $ = No army. Simple.
