I don't mean just peoples opinions, I mean actual truth. I'm not sayying it's easy to know, especially in our mind bogglingly complex world, but could truely knowing right from wrong be possible, perhaps with the wisedom that comes with years of trying to truely figure it out?

What you have asked is philosophical question.
(1) "Our two minds .... One is an act of the emotional
mind, the other of the rational mind. In a very real
sense we have two minds, one that thinks and one that
feels" (Daniel Goleman, Emotional Intelligence,
Bloomsbury Publishing, London, 1996, page 8).
(2) The rational component of mind deals with rules of
ethics learned by a person. It is influenced by
'collective unconcious' described by the psychologists.
This is coined as Adhi Atmika (human collective psychic
energy system) in Patanjali Yoga.
(3) In the 1930s, Austrian mathematician Godel proved a
theorem which became the "Godel theorem" in cognition
theory. It states that any formalized 'logical' system
in principle cannot be complete in itself. It means
that a statement can always be found that can be
neither disproved nor proved using the means of that
particular system. To discuss about such a statement,
one must go beyond that very logic system; otherwise
nothing but a vicious circle will result. Psychologist
say that any experience is contingent - it's opposite
is logically possible and hence should not be treated
as contradictory. When a person cannot determine
whether to perform a particular action or not, or
whether what a person has done is right or wrong,
the rational component of mind is said
to be functioning dominantly.
(4) The Upanishads describe another component of
mind called Buddhi (intellect or wisdom) which can
transcend the limitations of rational mind. It deals with
higher knowledge, wisdom and philosophical problems.
(5) 'Flourit' in English means the flowering or dawning
of wisdom; it also means the age of 40 years.
(Check it in a multi-volume dictionary in a library).
Generally, men will be able to use the component of mind
Buddhi after the age of 40 years.
I have published a paper on this topic:

through Vedic scriptures, Express Star Teller,

Right and wrong is perception in the mind that was shaped by your environment, community, education and your parents.
So each person's right and wrong may differ from the next person

There is a right and there is a wrong, I challenge anyone to prove other wise. Hint: doing so creates a conundrum.

If you physically harm someone or her/his property, you are wrong. That's natural law. Beyond that, everything else is just moral opinion, legal claptrap and political posturing.
