I'm thinking about starting a part land part water aquarium. Is it difficult? Any advice or helpful links? Or anyone pictures of aquariums that are part land and part water? Thanks!

Good Luck!

Those kinds of aquariums were popular many years ago. Usually, there was a reptile such as a frog or salamander that had a dry landing place they could crawl up on one side of the aquarium. I have not seen one of those in the pet shops in years but they might be able to special order one of those landings.

The easiest set-up I've seen for that is to put a shallow container for water on one end of the aquarium, and filling the rest of it with soil, up to the lip of the container.
