The Black Crowes first album was released in 1990. To me, they are the best most recent band.....their music is truly great, and it takes you back to the "old days" of band such as Led Zeppelin.

The Beastie Boys albums "Check your Head" and "Ill Communication"
Both albums are Rock/Jazz/Funk kinda combo

Rolling Stones,Van Halen,Average White Band,Aerosmith,Steppenwolf,Deep Purple,Guns and Roses,Poison,Led Zeppelin,Eagles,Stray Cats,these were my favorites and there are many others.
