I think in the future we'll know the answer. With all the advanced technology and imagery almost anything can be created on screen-even people. The real stars will be the writers and the techs. I personally think would be a good thing. No average young people trying to emulate some of these "stars". Instead of trying to look and act like them maybe they would inspired to create,write and produce.

It would be a nightmare. So, many people look up to them and want to be like them. I couldn't imagine if there weren't any.
