You don't need software for that, you can do it for free off the internet.

Well if you go to Yahoo! Messenger you can send an email from there to a phone if the phone has text capability.

Now the cell phone would have to know your Yahoo! ID, for example, to send a message to your computer. Again go to Yahoo, to download cell phone messaging. Check with your cell phone provider what services they provide with your phone.
If your phone can not get Internet or you do not want to pay for Internet access, then you can not send messages to an Internet address. Text messages and Internet access are not free. You have to pay the dollar, if you want to holler !!!

Yes...Try using Yahoo Messenger ...its free for u but probably not the cell phone carrier....
