I had to smile when I read you question because i had the same question myself when I started TTC. Yes it is very normal for the semen to come out. There are a few trick that can help more of it sray in for longer like having sex on your back with a pillow under your bottom. This gives the right angle to your vagina to have the sperm go toward the uterus rather than coming out (some still come out this way so dont worry) also try to stay in this position for at least 20 minutes after sex. Then when you do get out of bed you will still have some spill out but there will be plenty on their way to the egg. One other thing i have heard is tell your partner to heep himself inside of you for a few minutes after he ejaculates if possible. Some guys have a tendancy to want to jump right out of there ant they could still be ejaculating. You just want to make sure the mosy amount of swimmer are getting the chance to make the race. Good Luck!!!!!

Yes some of it will come out and it's perfectly normal. Like everyone said laying on your back with pillows under your butt helps. You can also but Instead Softcups. They are a tampon alternative and you can buy them in the fem. care aisle. Basically instead of using them to catch your period, many women insert one right after sex and it keeps the sperm close to the cervix. You keep it in for a few hours.I have heard it work for people. Also, I am desperate and will try almost anything. Good luck.

some will come out but not all of it will. Sperm are so small they get caught in folds that prevent all of them from backwashing out. You should stay laying down with your hips elevated to help keep more sperm in you. They will swim north mostly on their own if you are fertile. Also its pointless to stay laying down more than 30 minutes, as all the sperm capable of penetrating the egg have already gotten though the cervix by them (they are very fast swimmers).

yes it is normal for some to run back out. Stay laying in bed with your hips and legs elevated for 20-30 min afterward to maximize the amount of sperm that stay in.

It took us 1 1/2 years to conceive so I feel your pain.

That is perfectly normal. But to increase your chances of pregnancy, prop your behind onto a pillow with your hips elevated to prevent the squiggles from coming out. Do this for 20 to 30mins if you can. Good LUck

It comes out. Its supposed to. It only takes a very tiny bit to enter into your cervix and get you pregnant. You dont need it all.
