You will probably be able to tell if she is pregnant as her sides will start to protrude with the unborn bunnies. To prepare you will need a box for her to make her nest since she needs the protection for the babies. She will pull her own fur out to fill the box, so one big enough for her to lie in comfortably would be best, not too large. When you see her pulling and lining the box with fur, you will know she is pregnant and getting ready to give birth. It is best to not bother her after the birth. Rabbits become agitated if you get too close and can actually attack you biting and scratching trying to protect their babies. After they begin to get bigger and hop around you will be able to probably touch them, but you need to be careful. Same thing goes for watering and feeding her. You will have to separate the male and female rabbit when she does become pregnant. They will fight if left together. As for touching the bunnies and trying to put them to the mom's teat to try to get them to eat, don't do that. The mother rabbit will know what to do, so it is best not to interfere. Rabbits are not carnivorous and do not eat their young.

Rabbits are similar to cats, you just have to watch for their bellies to expand. By the time it is noticable they generally only have 10-14 days left. Once the babies arrive if it is a first litter for the mother you may have to introduce the baby to the mother's nipple by hand and then the mother will take over. Consequent litters the mother is pretty well versed on how to handle it. Be careful around the new mother right after giving birth as they are usually skittish and tend to bite.

Take her to a Vet. If she is pregnant, keep her away from the other rabbits and when the babies arrive feed her plenty of greens, carrots etc. and she will take care of the babies herself.
