neo-con - Racists democrats that fled the Dem party following the civil rights and women's rights movement.
They over ran the southern conservatives and hate all they can not control. Their mantra is big governmnet, deficit spending, and open borders.

They aren't really conservative nor or they really liberal they just leech on to whatever party is in power Republican or Demcrat and then try to get that party to do whatever they tell them to do. Neo cons are more like a lobbying group than anything else. They'll sleep with anyone just as long as they get what they want.

You're defining neo-cons as racist democrats. A lot of them are ex-Democrats, liberals, etc. But racist? In fact, most conservatives don't like the term because it's so vague.
