Yes, and here's why...
Howard K Stern started planning this the day Anna had her daughter, which he claims is his. Here are the steps as I see them unfolding.
1. Kill Daniel
2. Have a bogus commitment ceremony with Anna.
3. Prevent Anna from allowing DNA confirmation of the baby's paternity.
4. Eliminate Anna.
5. Sit back and let anyone who may have had sex with Anna in the past 10 years claim to be the baby's father, and have case tied up in court while he skims money off Anna's estate.

I agree with your assessment of the situation. They weren't murdered and yet I suspect that Stern may have been involved in both cases. He gave both Anna Nicole and her son prescription drugs and if this can be proven it may go down as homicide. Giving drugs to someone else is not a legal and is punishable with a prison term if found guilty. I'll give odds that Stern did this.
Why? MONEY.

If Anna Nicole Smith had been murdered they would have found out by now... They found no sign of murder in the autopsy, they are thinking, strangely enough, that she died naturally.

Stern's face and he's a guy who does not p.c. all people in his way. he's probable to feed Dannilynn to the sharks in the previous letting all people else attempt to coach her paternity in any different case. perchance that's why Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband threw his call into the photograph via fact he's royaly and he may be the only guy who can provide up Stern's grandiose schemes....

I hadn't even thought of that. It is a possibility, of course. And now I read that Anna's daughter will inherit millions of dollars, so it does make sense. We'll have to wait and see what the coroner says.

Yea It was probably the Stern dude. It would not be to difficult for a whacked lawyer to do them in. A few extra doses of methadone & your history. And what's to prove that he did it. No proof.

I am on board with that one.....we were chatting about that at work and everyone has been saying that exact same thing....
