Ok I am going to pick up an app. today at a hair salon for a receptionist.What do I wear? Is it ok to wear jeans with heels. I have nothing but jeans. I need advise hook me up haha... I am very excited

Well jean and heels are fine! I would suggest a cute well cut blazer or a croped sweater vest,and a cute button up top under that, & try to stick to one or a few color schemes,to look professional. Wear some cute necklace,and a few bangles,or any basic color schemed bracelets. Try not to go too overboard on the eyemake up,foundation,blush,and some lip gloss,should do it. Good luck,I'm sure you'll get the job. I've got a feeling! ;)

at most of the nice salons i've been to, everyone dresses in black; black pants and a fitted back shirt and nice shoes should do it. and don't forget to accessorize! fun jewelry, like a killer pair of earrings would be good. good luck. it just depends on the place--if it's more laid back, jeans and heels and a blazer will be great. i would invest in a few nice pairs of trousers.
