Don't know what the record is or anything but there a quite a few groups that have been around for many years.
Newsboys have been around since 1992 and are still very popular.
As far as single artists go Micheal W. Smith and Steve Curtis Champman have both been recording for over 20 years and are also still going strong.

I imagine the longest lasting Modern Christian Rock Group would be Jars of Clay. I have no evidence of that, but it sounds right to me =)
