With the current address and landlord's phone number on a piece of paper or whatnot?

Yes, my ID was incorrect when I adopted my puppy 2 months ago and it wasn't a big deal at all!

my suggestion is go to the place where you get your drivers license and have them change the adress on your drivers license. It makes it alot easier. an SPCA wont always accept your Id if the adress is not current because they want to prove that you are going to stay at that adress and not run as soon as you get the animal you want. the shelter I worked at had this happen so many times it wasnt even funny. then the animal would show up a couple of months later back in the shelter, battered, beaten, and totally downtrodden. Hope this helps you out.

Yes you can- but I suggest you take a current electricity or phone bill with your's or your parents name on it to verify your new address and identification. This is just incase they need to verify that you in fact are that person and not some loon who stole someones ID

go to where your id was issued and do a chane of address they should just put a sticker with your new address on the back.
