I have written a script based on the life story of a friend. In order to sell this script for movie production, I need a contract, that my friend can sign, granting me permission to turn his life story into a movie. Where can I find a sample contract without having to pay a lawyer a lot of money?

There are many sites that offer forms for sale, however, when dealing with complex intellectual property issues, it's usually best to have a contract written or at minimum reviewed by an attorney. It's something that doesn't usually cost a lot of money.
