I'm 13 and want to be a designer but I want a program or something to help me out!

Well just a headsup, to get an internship you going to need some sort of experience. So lets start out from the beginning, what do you know? what do you wanna know? where do you want to be and what kind of environment?
Programs i recomment to get/download:
-Adobe Photoshop
-Macromedia Flash
-Fireworks
-Illustrator
And if you so please then you can jump into 3D designs and more.
A great way to learn about these programs are to buy tutorials or if you are skillful, you could get them ummm lets say the net?
www.lynda.com is a good source for most tutorials and they are really good.
With such experience, it would be easy to find an internship because you already a foot in the door and this gives you more value from a company's perspective and to better you off.

get an internship- lets you experience real life situations in a possibly future job; or look up in your newspaper ads for a job opening and call, and ask if you could do an internship there.. use the internet to find special summer programs aimed at what you want to do/learn..best of luck!
