me and my girl friend need a place to live. i would like to rent and have money saved and ready to move in. can afford up to 600 a month. it dosent matter apt,house,studio,condo,duplex,trailer,or mobile. nedd to get out of parents house.

Your question is somewhat vague, but you've described your situation, your intentions and have asked for help.
1 - Pre marital sex is wrong. No sense saying anything about everybody's doing it - it's wrong and leads to problems.
2 - Pre marital cohabitation is foolish.
3 - Pre marital co-ownership of real estate is stupid. Don't even think about doing that!!!!
The result of what you are considering is well documented in the questions on this forum Pull up past `quesions about bf/gf break-up, problems with house, bills, personal effects. Problems in marriage after having lived with someone before`. Etc.
