Oprah would win, but I would vote for Condi.
Looking at the rest of these answers I find myself very ashamed of the stupidity of some Americans. The reason Orca Winfrey would win is the same reason that more people vote for American Idol than for president. So many of us are so blinded by fame. To even suspect that Oprah could do a fraction of the job that Condi could is insane.
That's like saying, "We would vote for Britney Spears to run our corporation instead of Bill Gates."
Condi has been involved in government her whole life, and Oprah is a talk show hostess.
I think that anyone who would vote for Oprah in this situation should have their right to vote taken away because they are abusing it. It actually breaks my heart that anyone could be so ignorant.

Condoleeza Rice at least she knows what she is doing. If Oprah got it God help us!!!!! She is only about herself!!! She knows nothing about the government!!!!!!

First place Oprah would never run and if Rice runs you don't have to worry, she's going to become the Football Commissioner , so she thinks or wishes. I heard Rice was dating a man in Canada some high official. I don't know but I noticed lately boy she is starting to look old, I don't know if that job are that man in Canada is to much for her because black women don't get wrinkled up like she is getting. The white women wrinkle and the black get big broad Buts, that is what Whoppi Goldberg stated.

Of those two I would pick Oprah because Rice is caught up with a bunch of liars and maniacs. She knows what she's doing and isn't new to it all.
