Okay, I seen this girl with a paint splattered shrug hoodie on, lyke the half ones that Ciara wears. It was purple, and it was SOOOO cute. It had lyke a paint brush splattering on the back, and I believe on the sides. Anywho, I just want to know where I could get it at? I know they must have different colors, so I just want to see what store or what site off the internet I could buy these at?

Being the fashion forward person that I am, I know that paint splatters are cute. But she is right, there are not many designers that will mass produce a shrug with paint on it. Your best bet is to go to a thrift store and buy a shrug. Try the Plato's Closet. they have second hand clothes that were never worn. Buy paint andhave fun. If you ruin the shrug then there isn't much to lose. You didn't spend much on it inthe first place.

she probably did buy it, but its sad that you assumed all paint splattering has to be by design.
