It's much more than a 6km/h difference from wheeled trains! Since there is no friction involved, maglev trains can travel over 100km/h faster than almost any wheeled train. The exception perhaps is turbotrains, which operate with a turbine jet engine like an aeroplane, but those are no longer used anywhere in the world because they were very dangerous, and very expensive to maintain.
