UK Govt Sources Confirm War With Iran Is On
In the last few days, I learned from a credible and informed source that a former senior Labour government Minister, who continues to be well-connected to British military and security officials, confirms that Britain and the United States

"... will go to war with Iran before the end of the year."

As we now know from similar reporting prior to the invasion of Iraq, it's quite possible that the war planning may indeed change repeatedly, and the war may again be postponed. In any case, it's worth noting that the information from a former Labour Minister corroborates expert analyses suggesting that Israel, with US and British support, is deliberately escalating the cycle of retaliation to legitimize the imminent targeting of Iran before year's end. Let us remind ourselves, for instance, of US Vice President Cheney's assertions recorded on MSNBC over a year ago. He described Iran as being "right at the top of the list" of "rogue states".

How_Would...

Your right there is no troop build up There isn't a Senator trying to tie legislation to troops to make -MAKE Bush seek permision from Congress that right now he doesn't need and your right the nuclear policy of 2001 does not say they could use nukes in the case of "surpriseing " military developments There are no aircraft carriers off the coast and Bush didn't just accuse Iran of killing American soldiers -

Oh and Iraq didn't just seal it's borders - which might be a prelude to war but it didn't happen - Ya got me

Nope no "credible sources at all "

Well you have to admit that the Jews DO have a good reason to be paranoid. Nonetheless, Israel does not have the power or the means to defeat Iran. This is pure bluster. Iran is not some dinky little Palestine. It's more like Egypt times 2, highly intelligent and very westernized. Hitler thought the USA was nothing more than a bunch of negroes and mental defectives---surprise surprise.

Go to Eye On the Middle East. Org.

There are No Secrets, except, you may be on a Need To Know basis. Just kidding.

Your going to end up with an ulcer thinking like this. The escalation of support is needed. The Nukes in Iran are a threat to the whole world. Unless you believe in Big Brother, get your facts straight. Not the propaganda.

MSNBC , is not the best source, it will only keep you on pins and needles, like most,(some) stations do for ratings.

I am not degrading you for your concerns, I am just trying to give you a suggestion to a different outlook. Keep your mind and ears open. Thanks!

This is how uninformed citizens form opinions that lead to critical and unsubstantiated charges against the president. Start with a shocking premise, give it validity by saying it came from a former un-named government official and then link it to a non specific comment that the vice president made. Wow, this is real political science. Of course if it were true ask this question. If a tyrannical dictator is threatening to wipe Israel off the map and is working to get nuclear bombs, is it better to wait until he does wipe out Israel and then act, or take out his capability to do so before he can do it?

We are closing the borders. We are going to kill anyone attempting to cross the borders - this is not war it is a way to stop weapons from entering the Country of Iraq.

If the small insignificant ruler of Iran decides to enter the war with an army then the war will be on - this I guarantee. However I assure you if Iran jumps in their lights will go dim in a matter of hours, why because our Government understands that only a swift and devestating blow to that country will take the wind out of their sales. That tiny little frail leader does not want a Country in ruin.

This is ridiculous. Does you think that the streets of the US are paved in platinum? We're freaking broke! We can't afford the war we're in. The American people will completely stop any attempt to go to war with another country at this point. The countries of the world have carte blange to do what they want.

These (people?) running our plutocracy at the moment have provoked Iran on numerous occasions, and they are now sounding just like they did as they were trying to justify / rationalize / lie about going to war with Iraq.

Every aggressor nation has been humbled—Japan, Germany, England, France,...etc.—what do you want to bet that we're next? First our dollar crashes as people around the world no longer prop it up so that we can no longer afford a war. There goes our economy, our social security...everything.

The only way to stop it is to impeach Cheney, then Bush...let's send a message to our Congress people now.

Because the stupid media keeps filling Americans' minds with nothing but Anna Nicole Smith and love-struck Astronauts. You have to go to news sources outside the U.S. to get any real news.
