How does one go about forming a political party in the UK?

If I and some others wanted to start a new party, what would we do?

There's a form (in triplicate) down at the Ministry of Political Affairs that you would need to complete. I think Tony Blair can help you out in a few weeks as he'll be unemployed and have nothing else to do (besides being pelted with tomatos when he's walking down the street -- but he's already doing that).
